Shipping---I ship USPS First Class or Priority in the US or First Class International to Canada & other countries. If you prefer to have insurance or delivery confirmation, please contact me and I will adjust the invoice accordingly.

All items will be shipped in recycled bubble wrap, tissue paper or brown paper and possibly in reused boxes, if I have a box that will work and it is in good condition, I'll use it. I make every effort to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle all that I come across.

Most orders are Custom unless you are purchasing a size and color that is specifically listed, therefore please allow up to 5-7 days for the item to be completed. Your order will be shipped out within 1 day of being done.

Once the package leaves my hands...there isn't much that I can do about it. If you'd like me to add delivery confirmation, I can. I usually do on larger orders. Please friends, understand that I work as efficiently as I can, I get your items out in a most timely manner and I am about 99.9% accurate on how long it takes for a package to get from me to you based on where we each live. If you order a gift or a tote bag and you want it by a certain day...it's my goal to get it to you. At the same time, I can't do anythging about it not arriving in time if USPS or UPS is late. I hope you understand this. If a package does not arrive in time...I can not make a new item and ship it out next day air at my expense (because it isn't my fault that it didn't make it). Please let me know if you need it ASAP and you're shipping etsimates can be adjusted for USPS Express Mail and 2nd Day or overnight UPS. Thanks for understanding!

Refunds and Exchanges---All items EXCEPT Personalized Orders may be returned for a refund of the item price minus a $2.00 restocking fee to cover Paypal fees. Shipping costs are not refundable. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition.

If you ordered a T shirt or Onesie and need to exchange for new size, let me know and I'm happy to accommodate that....UNLESS it was personalized...
Personalized items are Final Sale. Buyer pays the shipping.
